Where should I take my husband out to eat for his birthday dinner?

My husband birthday coming up soon and he loves steak, where would be a good place to take him for his birthday?? We live in Phoenix, Arizona. Do these places do anything special for his birthday??? I was thinking about taking him to Monti’s on Mill Ave in Tempe?? I have never been there before but I have heard him bring it up before about going there as a kid. If anyone has been there to eat do you recommend eating there? How are the prices?

In arizona state, can you stay at the tempe campus but take most of your classes in the polytechnic campus?
