Which is a better place to go to college: Orlando, Florida or Tempe/Phoenix, Arizona? ?

Based on nightlife, how much there is to do, how the city itself is, etc. Do not take weather into account, I am not worried about weather in either place because both places have good weather during winter but extremely hot (AZ) or humid and hurricanes (FL) during summer.
